HCOB Structured Situations Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Act of Court dated 22 June 2023 (“the Act”) that Alan John Roberts and James Richard Pirie of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier JE1 1ET were appointed Joint Liquidators of HCOB Structured Situations Limited ("the Company") under Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before the 22 August 2023 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above-mentioned date.
