On 1 July 2020, the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA) will no longer operate under the umbrella of CICRA (Channel Island Competition and Regulatory Authorities) and revert to be a separate independent competition and regulatory authority for Jersey. The Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority will proceed in the same way as a separate authority for Guernsey.
