JP Mauger Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that on 13 July 2023 a special resolution was duly passed by the sole member of J.P. Mauger Limited (in Liquidation) (the "Company") placing the Company into creditors' winding up under Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991.

At a duly convened meeting of the creditors on 13 July 2023, called in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, Matthew Corbin of BDO Limited, Windward House, La Route de la Liberation, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1BG and Malcolm Cohen of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU were appointed as joint liquidators (the "Joint Liquidators") of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account of their name, address, and particulars of their claim with supporting documentation to the Joint Liquidators on or before Monday 28 August 2023.
