JQ & NH Holdings Limited creditors' winding up

Following an Act of Court issued by the Royal Court of Jersey on 4 October 2024 the Company was placed into Creditors’ Winding Up pursuant to Article 157A(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991. Alan John Roberts (RANJL/32) and James Richard Pirie (RAL/9) of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET were appointed as Joint Liquidators.  

Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to article 160A(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton Limited on 25 October 2024 at 2.30pm. 

A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors at the meeting. All creditors of the Company are required to send their names and particulars of their claims to the Liquidators prior to the creditors’ meeting at Lucy.Allen@gt-ci.com​.
