JUKV Manchester Business Park Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that on 26 November 2024 a Special Resolution was duly passed by the sole member of JUKV Manchester Business Park Limited in liquidation (“the Company”) placing the Company into creditors’ winding up under Chapter 4 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991.

At a duly convened meeting of the creditors on 27 November 2024, called in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above named Company are requested to send a detailed account of their names, address and particulars of their claims with supporting documentation to the Joint Liquidators on or before 17 January 2025.
