Krugar Limited: creditors’ winding up of the company

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 160(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of Kruagr Limited (the "Company") will be held at 2nd Floor, Gaspé House, 66-72 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1GH, on 31 October 2022 at 11:30am at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the nomination of Adrian Rabet of Begbies Traynor, Unit 19/20, 4 Wharf Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3NR and David Standish of Interpath Limited, 10 Fleet Place, (9th Floor), London, EC4M 7RB as joint liquidators of the Company will be proposed for the purposes of a Creditors’ Winding Up of the Company.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may do so either in person, remotely or by proxy. Proxy forms will be provided separately to creditors on request. Completed proxy forms must be lodged by post or email by no later than 12 noon the business day before the meeting.
