Take notice that The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (trading as NatWest International) intends to apply to the Royal Court of Jersey pursuant to Article 157A(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 at 2.30pm on Friday 11 April 2025 for an order pursuant to Article 157C(1)(a) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 ordering a Creditors' Winding Up of Malorey Investments Limited and the appointment of  James Pirie of Grant Thornton with registration number RAL/9 and Alan Roberts of Grant Thornton with registration number RANJL/32 as liquidators to wind up the Debtor company.
