M&Co Residential Management Limited notice to creditors of proposed merger

Notice to creditors known to the directors of the Company to have a claim against the Company exceeding £5,000.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 127FC of the Companies Law that:​

1. the Company intends to merge, in accordance with Part 18B of the Companies Law, with M&Co Property Management Ltd, a company incorporated in Jersey, with registered number 88944 (the Merger)
2. that the Company's special resolution passed under Article 127FA of the Companies Law relating to the Merger, is available to creditors from the Company, free of charge, on request
   
3. any creditor of the Company may:
   

• object to the Merger under Article 127FE(2)(a) of the Companies Law
  
• require the Company to notify the creditor if any other creditor of the Company applies
• to the court under Article 127FE(2)(b) of the Companies Law
