Monarch Investments Limited in liquidation

Notice is hereby given thatthat pursuant to an Act of Court dated 10 February 2023, the Company was placed into a winding up on a just and equitable basis in accordance with Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991. On 27 April 2023, Alan John Roberts and Andrea Frances Alice Harris of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor Kensington Chambers, 46-50 Kensington Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ET were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up, by Court Consent Order.

All creditors of the Company are required on or before 30 June 2023 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by 30 June 2023.
