Notice of merger of RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited and RBC Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited

Notice of Merger for the purpose of Article 127FC(5) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (the Jersey Law)

Notice is hereby given that the following companies intend to merge in accordance with Part 18B of the Jersey Law and Part VI of The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 and continue with RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited as the survivor company (the Merged Company), keeping its existing name:

• RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited 
• RBC Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited (together the Merging Companies)

A copy of the merger agreement made between the Merging Companies on 11 March 2024 is available to creditors of any of the Merging Companies free of charge on request using the contact details below.

Any creditor of RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited may:

• object to the merger under Article 127FE(2)(a) of the Jersey Law​​
• ​​require RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited, as appropriate, to notify the creditor if any other creditor of the relevant company applies to the Royal Court of Jersey under Article 127FE(2)(b) of the Jersey Law
