Notice to all persons conducting Restructuring and Winding Up work in Jersey

The Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts ('ARIES') hereby notifies all who carry out restructuring and winding up work in Jersey that it has produced three Statements of Insolvency Practice.  These can be viewed on the ARIES website at https://www.aries-ci.org/.  These statements are voluntary; however, they set standards for best practice in all areas of restructuring and winding up.  Any person involved in this area of work should therefore have regard to their content.
