​Red Deer (Jersey) Ltd (the "Company") notice of proposed continuation pursuant to Article 127R of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended). The Company hereby gives notice of its intention to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission to deregister as a company incorporated in Jersey under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended (the "Law") and continue into Guernsey as a company incorporated under the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (the "Continuation").

Any creditor of the Company may object to the Continuation within 21 days of this notice by serving a notice of objection on the Company under Article 127R(2)(d) of the Law to:
