​Notice is hereby given of an application by HWA 555 Owners, LLC for a  creditors’ winding up of Redox Plc SA (company number 101523 ) (“the Company”), pursuant to Article 157A of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, before the Royal Court on 18 March 2022 at 2.30pm. It is proposed that Alan Roberts of Grant Thornton Limited, together with Chris Laverty and Oliver Haunch of Grant Thornton UK LLP, be appointed as joint liquidators of the Company.
