On 24 February 2025, the Sole Member of Rhacotis Limited ("the Company") passed a written special resolution placing the Company into summary winding up in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, and appointed Matthew John Corbin of BDO Limited as liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to submit a detailed account thereof to the Liquidator on or before Wednesday 26 March 2025.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
