22 December 2023Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Limited Partnership Agreement (“LPA”) and subsequent amendment and restatement of the LPA, it was resolved that Rodenstock Fund LP ("the Partnership") be dissolved. Alan John Roberts and James Richard Pirie of Grant Thornton have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of Infinrod GP Limited (“the General Partner”).
All persons having claims against the Partnership are required to submit details thereof to the General Partner before 12 January 2024, and all persons indebted to the Partnership are required to settle with the Partnership by the above-mentioned date.
The Partnership is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
