Soria Holdings Limited in Liquidation

​Notice is hereby given that the following Special Resolutions were passed by the Company’s members on 4 August 2020:

• that the Company be and is hereby placed into summary winding up in accordance with the provisions of Part 21 Chapter 2 Articles 145-154 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991.
• that Sharifah Morris of Offshore Restructuring Limited, Fairbairn House, Rohais, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1FE be hereby appointed as Liquidator (“the Liquidator”) of the Company with powers to act for the purpose of such winding up with all powers conferred on her by law, the articles of incorporation or by this resolution, such appointment becoming effective upon passing of this resolution.
  

Creditors having claims against the Company are required to prove their debts on or before 28 August 2020 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator.  Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
