Spokane Investments Limited (the company) proposed creditors winding up

​Notice is hereby given by the company pursuant to article 160 (1) (b) of the Companies Jersey Law 1991, as amended, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kendington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ET on Friday 23 April 2021 at 2.30pm.

A statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the creditors and the people nominated by the Company to be Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up, Alan John Roberts and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Great Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET will be proposed.
