Notice is herey given that State Street Fund Services (Jersey) Limited in Liquidation (the Company) duly passed a written Special Resolution placing the Company in to summary winding up with effect from 4 November 2024 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991 and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 13 December 2024.
