The Dana Foundation intention to be a Jersey Foundation

​Notice of intention of recognis​​​ed entity to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for the recognis​ed entity to be incorporated as a Jersey foundation.

We hereby give notice under Regulation 14 of the Foundations (Continuance) (Jersey) Regulations 2009 (the Regulations) that The Dana Foundation, being a foundation incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, is seeking to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for authorisation to be incorporated as a Jersey foundation under the Foundations (Jersey) Law 2009.

If The Dana Foundation were incorporated as a Jersey foundation it would, on its incorporation, be solvent (within the meaning of the Regulations). Any person who is aggrieved by the proposed incorporation may, within the 28 days after the date of the first publication of this notice in the Jersey Gazette, apply to the Royal Court of Jersey for an order to restrain the proposed incorporation.
