Vanbrugh Prime Property Growth Fund Limited (in Liquidation)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 158(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the members of Vanbrugh Prime Property Growth Fund Limited (in Liquidation) (the "Company") was held on 16 December 2021 where it was resolved that (i) the Company will commence a creditors winding up and (ii) that Alistair Rothwell FCA of Bracken Rothwell Limited, 2nd Floor The Le Gallais Building, 54 Bath Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1FW be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of concluding the Creditors’ Winding Up.
