Richard Andrew Yeowart in bankruptcy

Notice is hereby given that on 22 February 2022, Mr Yeowart was declared bankrupt by the High Court of England and Wales. Joanne Sara Wright and Andrew William Knowles of Kroll Advisory Limited, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW were appointed to act as Joint Trustees pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 and recognised as Joint Trustees by the Royal Court of Jersey on 8 November 2022.

All persons owing monies to Mr Yeowart are requested to settle the account concerned directly with the Joint Trustees.

All persons with a claim against Mr Yeowart are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Trustees at the following address before 5pm on 11 April 2023.
