We love to hear your feedback about our website, it helps us to continually improve our services.
You can use our smiley face feedback feature, found in the bottom right hand corner of each webpage, to tell us what you think about gov.je.
Use it to leave feedback about any of our pages, services or forms and if you choose to leave your contact details, we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
What we do with your feedback
We read every comment we receive and forward any comments that need a response to the relevant government department.
If we receive feedback about a technical issue, for example a broken link, we'll fix it as soon as possible.
We’ve already made changes to gov.je based on your feedback.
For example:

we’ve used tables and bullet points to break up large paragraphs and make information easier to read and understand

we’ve fixed grammatical mistakes and unclear wording
