Early 19th century town house which retains many original features.

External Description
Detached house, 2 storey, 4 bay (left-hand bay later addition). Pitched slate roof, hipped to extension, 2 tall corniced rendered chimney stacks to either end, small central dormer to front, pvc window. Render in ashlar effect. Principal (west) elevation to Regent Road: original 3 bays framed in moulded render by simple pilasters. Ground floor windows: granite cills, timber sash windows, fine glazing bars, no horns, 16 pane (8/8) including margin lights, central bead imitating French windows. 1st floor windows are later (Edwardian?) pattern timber sashes, horns, 7 pane (6/1). Timber 4 panel door to original central bay, overlight, reeded timber doorcase; timber hood and brackets (possibly replacement). Recessed boot scraper to right of door. Garden wall to south, render, exaggerated long and short blocks to reveals, moulded panel above. 4 panel door with iron grilles to upper panels added in 1963 (not of interest). Altered single storey garage / utility extension to north not included within listing. Rear (east) elevation to garden: rendered with later (Edwardian?) pattern timber sashes, horns, 7 pane (6/1). Garden included for setting of house (C20 stonework surface not of interest).
Internal Description
Interior retains early joinery features - mahogany staircase, variously-designed fireplaces, moulded architrave to doors with corner roundels. Doors from various periods including 6-panel, 4-panel and with fielded panels.
