Could you please provide answers to the following questions concerning the dental department at the General Hospital.
Staffing:

How many people were employed in the department on 31 October in each of the past three years. Please break down into roles (nurses, dentists, consultants, admin staff etc.).
B
Over the course of the past year, how many members of the department have left or are absent and for what reason (retirement, dismissal, maternity etc.)?
C
How many of the current establishment are locums or agency staff?
D
How many vacancies were there at 31 October? And how many at the time of responding to these questions?

What success has there been in recruiting to fill vacancies?
Waiting times:

What is the average waiting time for a new consultation in each branch of dentistry (oral, orthodontics and children)? And what is the longest period of any one on the waiting list for each branch? What is the longest waiting time for each branch given to a patient or his / her parent / guardian?

What is the average waiting time for treatment? And what is the longest period on the waiting list for each branch?

How many children have received orthodontic treatment in each of the past three years?

How many outpatients were seen in the third quarter of 2021, 2020 and 2019?

How many patients are currently seen a day, on average (the past three months)?
