On 14 December the Assistant Chief Minister, Senator Ozouf, was reported in Hansard as making a "statement on a matter of official responsibility: 7. The Assistant Chief Minister: statement regarding the Fuel Market Review". This statement referred to a report prepared by Oxera with advice from Professor Sir John Vickers. Please supply this report plus all appendices and addenda which may have been attached.
