Please could you confirm whether or not the guidelines listed in the above response are still in use and if they have been updated since that request? If they have been updated please could an updated copy be supplied?
If any new protocols for the management of major haemorrhage, the rapid identification of patients taking anticoagulants and the reversal of anticoagulation agents have been published since that request, please could a copy be supplied?
