There is no category or subcategory available specifically for ‘poor communication’ within the system used by Health and Community Services (HCS) for logging and managing complaints.
HCS has received 39 complaints in 2023 where ‘communication’ is recorded as the primary reason for the complaint. Of these cases, 38 are recorded as ‘Stage 1’. There is one complaint recorded as ‘Stage 2’.
