The Economic Crime and Confiscation Unit (ECCU) was established in the Law Officers' Department in October 2017. ECCU is a multidisciplinary team of specialist legal advisers and investigators, ensuring that the Island remains at the forefront of the fight against financial crime and money laundering.
Deferred Prosecution Agreement: Afex Offshore (Jersey) Limited
