You need to give notice if you're having a civil or religious marriage, or if you're having a civil partnership in Jersey or abroad.

Anglican marriage has a very different process to a civil or religious marriage and is authorised separately. To apply for a marrige in an Anglican ceremony, of if you have questions about Anglican marriage, you should contact the relevant church or the Deanery of Jersey.
