Statement of significance A good example of a mid-C19 Methodist chapel. Context n/a External Description Classical style with heavy pilasters and plain entablature to pedimented north front. A round louvered opening in the pediment is framed by the date '1847'. Modern porch. Gothic-arched wooden Y-tracery windows - probably late nineteenth century. In front is a small yard with roadside wall, gates and railings. Interior five-bay end-entry plan - includes c1890 two-bay extension to south. Late nineteenth century pitch-pine pews. 1890s' Sunday School extension, with round-arched windows and central porch, and walled area to south.
