Typical of small Jersey houses of the period, of which very few remain unaltered. Context n/a External Description 2 storey, 3 bay detached cottage. Front (south) elevation: Pantile roof, 2 granite chimney with dripstones (rebuilt). Randomly coursed pink granite with dressed stone quoins and gable stones (some carving on kneeler). Thatch line visible. Windows have stone surrounds, including uprights. Windows have been heightened and widened. Windows are casements. Doorway has chamfered surround, including uprights and straight lintel. Matchboard door. Side (east) elevation: Gable end wall with outshot to rear with entrance door. Rear (north) elevation: Pantile catslide roof. Stone chimneys. Single storey outshot length of rear elevation. Side (west) elevation: Gable end wall. Random rubble. Small square window on first floor with stone surround and 2 small slits at attic level. Internal Description Features include stone fireplaces, original staircase and timber partition. Indication that it might have had a tourelle.
