External Description
Church, early 19th century origins. The west tower and spire are the only part of the 1830s church remaining largely unchanged. The tower is square with two gothic windows with drip mouldings, a round window, louvered roundel and clock faces facing south (seaward) and west (facing the village). The top is embattled and surmounted by a squat octagonal tower. All is cement rendered. The main body of the church was re-ordered in 1915. The roof is gabled, covered in slate. The nave has seven bays with tall lancet windows. The walls are pebbledash with exposed, dressed, granite window surrounds. The sanctuary and vestries date to 1915.
Internal Description
Of note to the interior is the hammerbeam roof, the trusses resting on granite corbels, and a window by H T Bosdet (1917) on the south wall. The interior is otherwise relatively plain with a small number of other stained glass windows, simple wooden pews, choir stalls, pulpit and reredos.
