This is a grand 1822 villa with robust features. It retains it proportions and character.

External Description
Detached, 3 storey with attic, 5 bays with single storey (with attic), 2 bay wings to east and west. Further C20 lean-to extension to west wing. Front (south) elevation: Hipped slate roof with extended C20 box dormers. Rendered chimneys to each gable with bracketed, moulded cornices. Overhanging eaves with panelled soffit and brackets in frieze. Walls rendered with rusticated quoins, moulded window architraves and bracketed cills. Windows pvc. Doorway has panelled reveals, 4 panel door, upper two glazed with side lights and 3 pane overlight. Flat roofed porch extends across 5 bays with Ionic columns, plain frieze and dentilled cornice. Rear (north) elevation: Overhanging eaves with panelled soffit and brackets in frieze. Walls rendered with rusticated quoins. Windows pvc. Gable (east) elevation: matches south elevation.
Internal Description
Divided into flats. Staircase remains to second floor, turned balusters with handrail terminating in spiral. Doorways have reed moulded, bull's eye architraves and 6 panel doors.
