This checklist is for any customers who have received a booked appointment either via text or email at Customer and Local Services, La Motte Street.
Your appointment has been booked with a specific government service.

Do
come to CLS alone, unless there is a specific reason you need to bring someone with you. If you need to bring someone with you who is not part of your household you must let us know in advance
bring any documents you were asked to bring at the time of booking your appointment
arrive on time
Don't
attend your appointment if you have

arrive too early as seating is limited
arrive late as we may not be able to keep your appointment
