Chris Bown leads the Change Team, which is a team of five independent experts who are providing additional capacity, skills and knowledge to drive improvements in the Health and Community Services (HCS) Department. Mr Bown is not a Chairperson.

Mr Bown predominately works in Peter Crill House, HCS’ administration building located on Gloucester Street, St Helier, JE1 3QS.
