I refer to the review of the neurology department, as referred to in the following Bailiwick Express article dated 29 July 2024: https://www.bailiwickexpress.com/news/terms-neurology-review-will-not-yet-be-made-public/.

Specifically, it is noted that "Royal College of Physicians review of neurology is due to take place in the third or fourth quarter of 2024". HCS declined to publish the terms of reference at that time.

1. Please advise whether the review of the neurology department has now taken place.

2. If the review has taken place:

a. please advise whether the results of that review will be made available to the general public and if so, when; and

b. provide a copy of the terms of reference in the interim (noting that the reason for not publishing them previously was that they may be subject to change - if the review is complete then the TOR will no longer be subject to change and can be released).

3. If the review has not yet taken place, please explain why not and provide an indication of any revised timeframe for completion of the review.

Kind regards and thanks
