​We have been engaged to review the works carried out at [address redacted]. I understand the works were halted on or around the 13th February 2020 by [name redacted] due to a building licence application not being submitted for the thermal upgrading works. I understand works recommenced in on or around the 13th March 2020.

Please could I request a copy of the building licence application including approval, dates of inspections carried out by your department, I understand [name redacted] was a POC, and copies of your site notes.

Thank you for your assistance and I look forward to hearing back from you.
