The Minister for Planning and Environment is inviting Islanders to find out more about cars that run using compressed air.
Deputy Rob Duhamel has invited Guy Negre, the Chief Executive Officer of Motor Development International (MDI) to give a talk on air vehicles at the Town Hall Assembly Room on Friday 26 April at 7pm.
Air vehicles operate on an eco-friendly basis using engines with compressed air stored at high pressure. The engines can be used on cars, backup generators and industrial tractors.
Deputy Rob Duhamel said "MDI have developed pollution minimised, innovative and affordable vehicles. I'm very pleased that Mr Negre is visiting Jersey and I hope that opportunities exist for MDI to manufacture and sell these vehicles locally."
All are welcome to attend the presentation and there is no need to pre-register.
