Resurfacing of Rouge Bouillon to begin

20 October 2020

Rouge Bouillon will be closed to through-traffic from 9am on Saturday, 24 October, until 9pm on Sunday, 1 November, between Queen’s Road roundabout and the Savile Street / Parade Road junction in order to resurface the road.

Access to premises will be maintained wherever possible and St John’s Road will be made one-way southbound throughout the project, which is during school holidays to minimise disruption to residents and businesses.

To enable the emergency services to operate as normal, work has been split into two sections: between Savile Street and Jersey Fire and Rescue Service headquarters, and between the headquarters and Queen’s Road roundabout.

Further information and maps of the diversions can be found on gov.je/roadworks.
Bus routes will suffer minor disruption, with information available on the LibertyBus website, libertybus.je.
