Please provide an update, ideally using the same very helpful schedule attached to the original response. It would also be useful for the above to include the current status of the new PSV Drivers disciplinary procedure (which was originally announced in the Taxi Reform Program to be "points based" as per the FOI response dated 26 Nov 2020 at the following link:
