Val Plaisant North surface water separation

About the project

Parts of the St Helier town area are currently served by a combined sewer system. This means that both foul and surface water are drained by the same pipe.

The project aims to separate the surface water from the combined sewer system by installing new surface water pipes in:

  • Val Plaisant
  • Springfield Road
  • Trinity Hill

As part of these works, Infrastructure and Environment (IE) will be installing a new surface water pipe in Springfield Road.

The works will take place from 18 November to 24 December 2024.

If you have queries about the project call the Liquid Waste Project Team on +44 (0) 1534 445509 or email LWCapitalDelivery@gov.je.
