our new centrally located building at Union Street on the corner of The Parade.

How to get to the new building
The entrance is located on Union Street at the corner of The Parade.
Bus
There are 4 different bus routes you can use to come to the new building:
- number 19 and number 20 all stop at Gloucester Street north
- number 5 which stops at Gloucester Street and The Parade
- number 24 stops at Le Geyt Street (stop number 4657)

Parking
The nearest car parks are a short walk away:
- Sand Street (5 minute walk)
- Minden Place (7 minute walk)
- Patriotic Street (7 minute walk)
- Charles Street (12 minute walk)
These car parks all include parent, disability and EV charging bays.
There are also 4 disabled bays at The Parade, paycard parking spaces and EV recharge bays.
Drop offs
There is a drop off area outside the new building on The Parade.
Cycling
You can find cycle racks outside the building.
Motorcycle
Motorcycle bays are located across from the new building on The Parade.

Our new building is designed to be as accessible as possible to ensure that help and support are on hand for everyone who needs it.
Whether you are sight or hearing-impaired, need help with mobility, need a place for a private conversation or just somewhere to change and care for the little ones, our accessible facilities are state of the art.
The new customer area includes:
- hearing loops
- SignVideo British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting service
- accessible toilets
- a fully accessible Changing Places facility
There are also facilities for parents and families including:
- places for baby changing
- a parenting and wellbeing room
