Help Jersey to reach its net zero targets

The Carbon Neutral Roadmap shows how we can get to net zero emissions. Net zero means reducing our emissions in line with t​he globally agreed, science-based targets needed to limit global warming to below 1.5°C. Our emissions reduction trajectory has been committed to through the extension of the Paris Agreement to Jersey. Any remaining emissions must be balanced with carbon removal offsets.    

The policies in the Roadmap have been informed by ideas from all Islanders and the recommendations from the Citizens’ Assembly on Climate Change, as well as the technical evidence and an understanding of what is working well elsewhere.
