We can help you:

  • set goals and new challenges
  • arrange work insights to find your interests for a future work placement
  • identify, manage and overcome any barriers so you can progress into the world of work
  • discover pathways and options for your future
  • develop employability skills
  • support you through professional qualifications and CPD

We also offer extra support during key transition periods such as post 16 and post 18.

We can deliver group specific or individual programmes. Contact us for more information.

Mentoring for students

We’ll meet every 1 to 2 weeks to get to know you and explore your aspirations and what interest you.

We can meet you at school, Skills Jersey, or anywhere you feel comfortable.

We’ll talk to employers and arrange work insights. Work insights are 30 to 60 minutes visits to an employer so you can learn about a role, industry or organisation.

These visits can show you how work can relate to subjects and skills you learn in class. They can also help you find interests for a future work placement.
