Summary

The Be Heard survey is the creation of Best Companies TM. They’re an external, well-established company who administer and facilitate surveys for several of the world’s best-known organisations to measure and improve employee engagement.

Employees who are engaged are more motivated and effective because people take pride in what they're doing and have faith in those around them.

This leads to better working relationships, greater collaboration and ultimately a more impactful organisation. It's important that we measure this and find out how employees feel about working for our organisation. When we know more about employees' experiences at work, we can work together to build on what's good and make improvements where we need to.

The survey assesses engagement against 8 key factors. These are:

leadership
company
management
team
fair deal
personal growth
wellbeing
giving something back

Each department will be using these data insights as a roadmap for how to make changes and improvements, both for staff and people who use our services.
