​​These products present with a serious risk of injury as the safety features designed to protect the user's hands when collapsing the ladders may fail during use. The ladders tested could not support a sufficient load before failing and collapsing, which could cause the user to fall from a height. Additionally, the ladders over 3M did not include a stabiliser, such as a bar at the base, to widen it, meaning it is unstable during use and could cause the user to fall. These products do not meet safety standards. 

If you have bought this product, stop using it immediately and return it to the distributor for a refund.
